Before trying to use the e-Scorecard, verify that these assumptions are valid for your site/facility:

• You are authorized to access your hospital's performance indicators values according to your organisation's protocols.
• You are in possession of a userid and password for the e-Scorecard website. Userids/passwords are only issued to hospitals who have voluntarily participated in the Hospital Report project. If you are an authorised user, and need a userid/password, contact ideas[at]uwaterloo[dot]ca
• Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher is available on the computer from which you will access the e-Scorecard. The e-Scorecard will not work properly with other browsers. We strongly recommend using a screen resolution of 1024x768.
• The e-Scorecard uses pop-ups. If you use a pop-up blocker, follow the directions on the opening screen of the e-Scorecard to allow pop-ups from our site. Our site also makes use of cookies.
• You (or the person for whom you prepare reports) have expertise in the interpretation of indicator values.
