If you have WHIC version 1.2 (no version button) or if you have not installed WHIC before, please follow these steps to install the most recent version of WHIC (v1.3.3). If you have installed WHIC before, please go to Obtaining WHIC Updates. You must have administrator rights on your operating system to install WHIC. Please review the system requirements of WHIC before you install it.

Right-click here and select Save Target As to download the application. Note: This is a large file (2.87 MB) and may take a few minutes to download, depending on your connection speed. |

You will be prompted to select a location on your hard disk where the installation file should be saved. Browse to a suitable folder where you would like to download the file (WHICInstall1_3_3.msi) and click Save. You may want to save the file on your desktop so that you remember it for later.

Once the download is complete, click Close and find the WHICInstall 1_3_3.msi file you saved in Step 2.

Double-click on the WHICInstall1_3_3.msi file. Click Run to begin the installation. |

Follow the on-screen instructions. Follow the prompts to accept the default installation folder, or select an alternate installation folder. |

After installation, click Finish. You may double-click on the WHICV1_3 shortcut on the desktop to open WHIC. |

To uninstall the WHIC application, double-click the WHICInstall1_3_3.msi file you saved. It will automatically uninstall WHIC.
