Professor Ross Baker's, PhD (Toronto). Ross's research and teaching focuses on assessing and implementing organizational change in health services organizations. He is carrying out research on patient safety and medical error, on organizational and team strategies for rapid cycle improvement, and on the development and use of Balanced Scorecards and other aides to decision-making by top management teams. He teaches courses on health services management and strategy, and continual improvement.
