Indra Pulcins is a health services researcher working on the development of national health indicators at the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI). She is also involved in the development of an international health indicators conceptual framework as well as a number of several national health data initiatives. Prior to joining CIHI she received a doctoral degree from the Department of Health Administration at the University of Toronto and has worked in a variety of research and clinical settings
